I am beyond crazy happy to introduce you to Malu Lenzi, from Brazil, living in her creative life in Berlin, Germany, where she lives with her husband and one old cat. Please visit Malu’s portfolio and leave a warm welcome for Malu in the comments :)

What is your favorite paint color?
Yellow. No, wait! Vivid Tangerine. Just because I love make pink cheeks on everything I draw! :) If you were a super hero what would your super power be? And your name? I would LOVE talk to animals! Like Kronk speaks to chipmunk on The Emperor's New Groove movie, you know? (if you don't know click here ;) ) Oh and my name: Squirrel Girl. (There is a Marvel superhero with this name but can I borrow it for a day or two? )
Tell us about how you decided to pursue a career in art? I don't have any artist on my family but I always wanted be a creative. I thought would be Architecture until hate the logic and engineering part. So I changed my path to Communication and Advertising. Although I became a good mkt planner and Advertising account executive, working with art directors and companies, my heart always wanted something more personal. So I started a Jewelry Design class and loved the creative process. Some months later, we (me and my hubby) moved to Sweden and I did a reset on my career. He told me: "why don't you try drawing ? You love photograph and you are so creative! You do know that artist is not a "gifted" person, right? It's all about training". So I finally did the leap inside my dream, started to draw my cute thoughts and I've been growing happily as an artist for 3 years now (and counting!) What inspires you? My inner child, kids' world and people. I love people watching and imagine how they were when they were a child and what small little thing could change their day (like a coffee cup). Everytime I'm drawing I keep that in mind: may this silly bunny can change the mood of someone today.
Tutu or Boa? Tutu!!! My long legs were born to dance! ha! Your wish for mankind..... I wish less selfish and greedy thoughts. I do believe we can be ambitious on a healthy way, not being destructive and without lose the trust and community spirit. Oh, and Love beyond everything, of course.
