What is your favorite crayon or paint color?

tough one. i typically think my favorite color is green - but with painting, i love using vermillion.

If you were a super hero what would your super power be? And your name?

i used to call myself "the pretzler" as i love pretzels and could eat them all day long. if i had to chose one now - i think its "everything bagel girl". (since i seem to be doing a bit of everything these days. (childrens books, licensing, logo design, bagel runner, homeroom mom, soccer mom, taxi driver etc.)

Tell us about how you decided to pursue a career in art?

i used to illustrate my spelling tests in grade school. i believe it was determined there. my folks were always very supportive.

What inspires you?

new york city. conversational randomness. funny things. abstract art. details in nature. coffee. courage. good design. definitely my 4 & 6 year olds.

Tutu or Boa?

as in constrictor, or as in the pile of pink, puffy tulle skirts in my daughters closet? i'm partial to the reptiles.
